The WindMaster™ with rolling base is double-sided and has PosterGrip® frame rails that snap open for easy front-loading access. The molded base can be weighted with water and is equipped with two built-in wheels. The wheels will engage when sign is tilted to allow for it to be easily rolled into position. WindMaster™ Curb Signs have an exclusive tool-free assembly and feature an impact-resistant fluted polypropylene, non-removable backing members. Made in the USA.
